2 Bedroom Suite - Outstanding
My wife and I, along with our 16-month old daughter and nanny stayed here for 3 nights. The front desk staff are not very on their game, but eventually we got checked in. The delay at the front desk was forgotten when we opened the door. The suite was quite large, and is set up as a serviced 2-bedroom flat, with a large living room, a separate dining area, a decent sized kitchen, and two bedrooms on opposing sides of the living room, which was an excellent set-up. Kitchen included all dishes, cutlery, etc. Tons of closet space, and huge LCD TV's in all rooms was an added bonus. Only about 14 channels, so not much choice - but with so much to see in KL, it wasn't a huge issue. One note: The key cards to enter the room never worked. Each time we'd go up to the room, we'd have to go back down and walk about 5 minutes or so across the length of the whole building to get them reset. Each time, the staff would act shocked, and take 10 minutes or so to figure it out... by checkout time, I was pretty well frustrated by it all, but outside of that issue, everything else about our stay was excellent. Good bar in the lobby, nice pool area with a separate "toddler pool", and quite tasty room service to boot. This will be our new home whilst traveling to KL for sure!
