The apartment gave a feeling of staying in home because of the quiet environmental and the friendly staff. The room service was also really good. I was really happy for booking this apartment in Malaysia .
Great Experience
The apartment was wonderful and had excess to the floor easily because of the easy lifts. The customer service was really good but the security guards were very arrogant and pissed off and never smiled (may be they are ex combatant of the military ), but over all satisfaction was good and also the super market was really good and people worked in the supermarket was also really friendly.
But I did not get wire less internet as mentioned but the management had free computers with internet to be used.

Excellent Family Friendly Serviced Apartment
We arrived and checked in late, way past the check in hours 1400-2100hrs, but the friendly and helpful staff stayed back till 2230hr+ to wait for our arrival. As we drove to Kuala Lumpur, we were allocated a parking lot at the serviced apartment.
The serviced apartment was spacious comprising of bedrooms plus a living room with sofa, dining table and kitchen, fully furnished with TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, and WiFi (802.11b/g Wireless) internet access. With the exception of a washing machine (I believe visitors would use the laundry service instead of washing clothes on their own), the serviced apartment is in a "ready to move in" condition suitable for long family vacations, in a homely environment where everyone can get together at the living room or sit around the dining table. All the rooms (living, dining, bedrooms) were tastefully decorated with paintings and lightings.
There were three (3) toilets altogether - the master bedroom and another room had attached toilets and there was another common toilet. The master bedroom had a King-sized twin-bed whereas the other rooms were fitted with either 2 single beds, or 1 single bed. If required, additional beds can be requested on demand, and the friendly staff was most helpful to assist us.
Overall, we are extremely pleased with the excellent customer service, spacious tastefully decorated ready-to-move-in serviced apartment and value for money. We would recommend the serviced apartment for group of friends or family holidays, seeking a "homely" relaxing atmosphere.

We chose to stay at these apartments due to the availability of rooms that can accomodate a large group of 7 people. The apartment was spacious. Facilities were decent and the onsite mini market was really convenient. Its across the street from the Mall and the Monorail station. The staff at the management office were very helpful and always catered to our needs. All in all, it is a great place to accomodate large families. But it is not luxury compared to other apartments we stayed at. Would say its a 3 star place and great for the value.
