Good firm mattress for good night's sleep.
The room was clean and the bed was firm. That was important so I could hv a good night's sleep without giving me backaches. Although the room was small it was good enough for one. However I wished that they could accomodate a side table for puting all the ladies' stuff.
I also wished they had given me a room on higher floor so I don't hv to look into the neighbours' unit and fear them looking into my unit & knew I was alone. Because of the close proximity, I had to draw the curtains which I usually like to hv natural daylight over artificial light during the day.
My overall experience was good, with good accessibility to the shopping & food places around the hotel. Most importantly, I boarded & got off the bus from S'pore just about 5mins walk away...so convenient :)

Don't judge it by it's immediate surroundings
We stayed at Nana's Inn for 3 nights from Nov 12, 2011. The hotel is spotless & well-maintained with cluey, helpful staff. The immediate surroundings are dirty (there is a huge, under-used, grotty local food place across the road & low income housing in the immediate vicinity BUT it is literally only a 5 min walk to Lot 10 Mall, Bukit Bintang Station etc. So it only takes a few mins to getaway from the grime & to the glitz. The location is very convenient. Jl Impi is one minute away. Other Malls & the night market are within 15 min walk.
I didn't like KL much & in future will just overnight at the Tune at LCCT if necessary between flights. But if I had to stay in KL city again I would definitely choose Nana's for the location, staff & cleanliness. Breakfast is included but just help-yourself toast & tea/coffee. As seems to be the norm in KL hotels, the bathroom was very small but it worked well.
Husband & I weren't expecting much & were pleasantly surprised by Nana's Inn.

Very good room for family
The room was very good and clean and wel furnished with all amneties . The attached toilet was also good neat and clean . The free breakfast was also reasonably good . Staff was helpful and freindly and services satisfactory and as result of which I extended my stay there by one more day . Hotel room was definitly much more worth the rent paid and asiarooms.com deserves praise for including such good economical hotel in its list .

walking distance to bukit bintang malls & train.
quality, cleanliness of rooms was fine, i've book for superior room but given family room (inside small living area with TV, sofa bed, 2bedroom, small pantry along wit fridge) ok for family but less privacy when stranger happen to check in the other bedroom. Luckily with individual toilet & tv in ea room we just stay indoor. Anywy 2mins walk to main road to Jln Imbi convenient to food outlets of Sakura restrnt, Pizza hut & Dominos Pizza. Best of all it's within reach that next to that Pizza hut & 7eleven our bus coach (transtar) waiting to take us home, sweet home.

Weekend stay April 2011
Helpful and friendly staff.Rooms clean and pleaseant.Bathroom layout in one room (503) on Mezzanine level needs to be cahanged. BreakfastCould easily be improved by simply adding freshbrew coffee rather than the mediocre instant coffee provided. The local coffee is of excellent quality ... why not use it ? Provision of fresh milk better quality fruit juice would also help. Overall a pleasant stay.

My friend and I were in town...
My friend and I were in town for a wedding and wanted a place close to the venue. The small room, I suppose, was something we could both deal with. However, there were several things that were not available that I felt was not acceptable: 1) No towels - I had to ask for towels because it was not in the bathroom. 2) Soap - There was a soap dispenser in the bathroom, but it was barely working. 3) Hot water - Whoever got to shower first had a better chance of doing so with hot water. I took most of my showers cold. We figured it is a problem with the socket connection but none of us wanted to be standing in a puddle of water pressing against the plug. 4)Mosquitoes - For some reason, there were mosquitoes in our room. 5) Service personnel - There was a lady there to check us in but when she was not around, we were not sure who the people sitting behind the desk were because they were not properly dressed and looked nothing like someone working in the hotel. 6) TV - We had, I think, 2 working channels on our TV, and, depending on where I stood in the room, the reception was not very clear. 7) When we first checked in, nobody told us where our room was. My friend and I went up then down again because we could not find our room. 8)The walls are really thin. I think the fortunate thing was that we did not plan to stay in the room much so it helped mitigate the situation. So for the budget traveller, this is fine. I definitely would not recommend it to families or couples looking for romantic getaway. This is a basic room at best. It wouldn't be fair to present just the cons, so here are the pros: 1) Lots of food places around there so you can alwyas find something to eat. 2) Close to Bukit Bintang so you can walk anywhere in town. 3) Cheap - The rooms are really really very cheap as far as I am concerned, which is probably what tempered my expectations to begin with. With the money you save on accomodations, you can spend it any other way in KL.

Very new hotel still in the process...
Very new hotel still in the process of renovation. Was doubtful of the place but they have security and after awhile, I felt safe . Very accesible to food, shopping and the train which is the best form of travelling. Won't think twice of going back.

This hotel does not match up to...
This hotel does not match up to the description on Asia rooms. The room I was allocated was small with very little furniture and no facilities available. The bathroom did not exist instead it was a very small shower room which also included the toilet and a very small wash bason. The Inn was under modernisation and I did not even bother with the breakfast. Instead I checked out after one night and went to another hotel. I regret that I can not recommend this place
