Why book hotel?? Choose Bintang Residences
The hotel staff were very friendly and the stay was enjoyable. We didn't have to wait very long during the check in and the service was fast. The room was complete with dining table and fully equip kitchen. The place has a good security system.
Breakfast was simple. Not much varieties but good enough for my family. Location is good with 7eleven shop nearby. I would choose this place again whenever I go to KL.

Flooding bathroom floor
We left the Fairlane Apartments on 27th December. The Apartments are in a fantastic location. The apartment we stayed in was a 1 + 1 bedoom. It was very clean with no smell of smoke which we were very pleased about. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We swam in the rooftop pool which was out of this world.
On the down side the bathroom was flooded every time someone had a shower and as my parents are over 60 years of age, this was a very dangerous situation. The people in charge are well aware of this problem.
Would I recommend this establishment to my friends? Yes, but I would firstly make them aware of the bathroom situation.

The only place i stay in kl
Can't beat the location, honestly. Smack in the middle of the central shopping district, Monorail station just minutes away. The breakfast is really minimal and basic, though, hardly changes from day to day.
other than that the rooms are large and clean, beds comfortable too.
Been there twice now, and refuse to stay elsewhere in kl.

Gem in the city
We had a single bedroom but was spacious with a big enough living room.. The couch was big enough to be a bed and staff was kind enough to provide extra duvet n pillows.. The kitchen was well fitted and everything was just so clean.. Really 5 star accomodation right in the middle of bukit bintang.. One complain though was that the breakfast wasnt great.. Other than that.. Everything was awesome.. Next time definitely checking in there again..
Oh one more thing.. When it rained they lent us an umbrella for free.. Haha..

These apartments are a home from home....
These apartments are a home from home. Fully equiped and really clean. Excellent value for money. They are only 10 minutes walk from Pavillion shopping centre and minutes from all the nightlife of Bukit Bintang. We will definately stay there again.
