The staffs are friendly and they don't keep you waiting,however they need to improve on the cleaning services.
Wonderful stay..
Stayed here for 4nyts and it was a great stay, spacious room,clean,friendly n helpful staffs..very recommended for those who travel with family..but if the hotel management could provide the hotel guest with a free wifi that would make a perfect stay ;)..other than that there's nothing to complaint about :))

The room was huge and close to everything. Well worth the money. The staff was accommodating. Definitely would stay here again.
Great location
Value for money accommodation with walking distance to the shopping malls.
Family friendly
Maples Suites is great family accommodation. Two bedrooms with ensuites, lounge?dining, kitchen, study, laundry and another bathrom allow ample space. Beds are great and service from the friendly staff all make for a great stay. Location is close enough for most destinations (10 min walk) to restaurants and monorail. With Asia Rooms discount price this was great value. Furnishings and rooms aren't new but were adequate for our stay. Kitchen included basics to enable meal preparation and a 2 miute walk to a supermarket for supplies helps keep the costs down if you don't want to eat out all the time. The only downside was no wifi available - only a cable connection in the study (byo cable). Our room had a view of Petronas Towers and KL tower. If you have a family and don't want the most up to date features, Maple Suites should be high on your list.
