Nice place to stay
I is a nice place to stay.
It is close t the hop on/off bus for a sight seeing
there are only 2 station to be down town(shopping mall area) with the monorail.

Brilliant trip to KL made even better by the quality of renaissance hotel. great rooms, food and staff. great gym facilities....no complaints
Hotel is well located near to Golden Triangle and Petronis Twin towers and adjacent to Bukit Nannas Monorail station.Rooms were specious and well appointed and bed was very comfortable.Staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was very good.Only thing that detracted from the experience was the smoking in the Lobby and inside the hotel.
We found the hotel very clean and tidy the staff extremley helpfull and courteous. Very good value for money.

Nice hotel but average rooms
The hotel is really nice; the reception and the facilities are ok.
The rooms however are quite dissapointing: they are very little and quite dirty!! ( we were at the floor 14th and we saw 3 crocroaches in the first 10 minutes we arrived!!
We changed room and upgraded category, to the "lifestyle" suites. Those were muuuch better: big, renovated, awesome bathrooms and magnificient view.
I would totally recommend to upgrade room because the experience is much different.
They should renovate the other rooms too!
The location can not be more convenient, and the breakfast was delicious & with loads of choices!

Very convenient... .cozy....and comfortable. Friendly staff. Conveniently location to go around. As a family we liked the stay very much.

serene city stay
Renaissance hotel is very conveniently located. The entrance with a difference in east and west wing is a bit confusing and the reception staff appears to be a bit unclear about how to give directions as where to check in and part the car. However, all in all we enjoyed the hotel and would definitely book it again.
