Simple, nice and no frills
The hotel doesn't have much facilities other than its situated as the heart of Blind Massages and Indian culture. The bathroom ceiling tends to leak occasionally when the air-con is turned on. Doesn't bother me much as most of the time I was at a conference.

Great location and very good customer service.
Good quality hotel for the price, very convenient for the Sentral station. The area around the hotel is quite seedy at night, but it is safe.

What can i say, this hotel surely is worth staying at. I mean if your looking to stay at a clean hotel with friendly customer service thats close to public transport, hotel sentral would be my preference.

Customer Service awful, they didnt have my booking, Did get an upgrade although.. Not sure If I would go back... Takeaway breakfast awful..no thought, very bland!!.
Good value hotel only two minutes from monorail. Friendly staff and not bad room for the money. Street below a little noisy but not a major problem. Only 10 minute walk from the KL Central main transport hub. Overall I was happy with the hotel and would stay there again.
