Advert on the website claimed that ibiz was a 3 star hotel. I don't think it was.
It also claimed it was a new hotel. But I don't think it was. May be it has been given a new name but the decor was old.
The staff are very friendly but the management appeared to be non existant.

misleading
Good for overnight sleep, nothing more.
- the rooms are very, very small (door cannot open fully because of closet)
- website says 'satellite tv'. There are only about 4 channels (2 in english)
- website says '24 hour room service/restaurant', but breakfast is only available from 730 to 10 (which is useless for those working/leaving early) I asked if breakfast could be available earlier, was told 'no'.
- in-room decor is ... bizarre. My room had stickers from childs world atlas pasted on the wall.
Wi-fi is good.
Shower (though cramped in room with toilet) was nice and warm (but water heater/pump was very noisy)

Great Value for Location

This hotel provides the basic needs what a short stint traveler requires. Cleanliness, coziness and amenities ( as it is walking distance to LRT & Monorail stations). There are a few eateries a few blocks down the road, so it is pretty convenient.
For a rate like Ibiz, I wouldn't complain much.

Overall, the hotel is more than affordable. The price given should be consider the best with the room type and services offered during my stay. However, still can be improve in terms of breakfast meals. Sometimes, will see short of meals and can only have a drinks. And should go for more local foods, like kuih, nasi lemak and so on. Definitely, i will come again and promote the hotel to my colleagues.

Out of the 5 budget hotels i stayed in over 1 month in kl, this is the best by far, the rooms are clean, its in a quiet side street and at rm 50 - 60 booking online, its great value
its 10 min walk from titiwansa monorail and LRT station (ariving by monorail,exit the train on the right hand side,go down the stairs and turn right, follow the road past the police building until you see a 7-11 )
3 mins walk from 7-11 and a few indian and malay restaurants
15 mins walk from titiwansa park
i never had the free breakfast yet but the small restaurant does decent malay food for lunch
my room had a comfy double bed and while the room is pretty compact at around 4x4meters, the shower is a decent size

Dissapointing
This hotel was very disappointing from start to finish. Staff very unhelpful and no knowledge of local area or getting to the airport the male staff in particular were very rude and no help at all. The pictures on the internet are very misleading the rooms are in terrible condition and tiny. You can barely fit your suitcase through the door the furniture is old and broken the paintwork patchy and the bathroom terrible. I have stayed in better backpacker accommodation. The hotel is also very run down and the doors are paper thin meaning all day you can here cleaners and other guests and have to check your door thinking people are knocking on your door. Also the newly acquired group of hotels that is used to describe it on your website makes you assume you will be staying in a new hotel so was very disappointing on arrival to see how bad it was. Also it does not have satellite tv it has 6 channels only 2 of which are in English also the air conditioner is very noisy.
Cheap hotel - don't expect much
Room rate was cheap. But that's basically about it. Room was extremely small with just barely the basic furnishing. The corridor was littered with paint tins and it seems that they are in the midst of painting the place. Hotel parking? It's more like street parking across the road and my black car was painted in white polka dots of bird droppings. Honestly, I would pay more to stay at a better place. Oh, did I say that the room was cheap?

One of the worst Hotel- Really bad room , toilet is really small. Free breakfast is no good - feel sick when you see the food. Hotel lobby and room stinks like anything. I will never stay again nor recommend again.
