Renovation in progress, no free car park, staff not so friendly
Hotel is having upgrading renovation for L1 and L2. Upon check in I asked the front desk what time does renovation work start in the morning, the reply was 11am-5pm. However the next morning I heard sound of hitting wall at 8:30am and I called front desk to check again, this time the reply was 9am. I wasn't very happy about it as it was not even 9am at that time. So after I hang up the call, it was then quiet but the sound starts haunting me again at 9am. So be prepared if you do not plan to wake up early during your stay in this hotel.
There is an underground car park in the hotel building, however we are told to pay RM10 for the car park fees. RM10 for per stay basis, no matter how many days you park your car there. I expect hotel to provide free car park but we are not given a refund on RM10. Explanation given by front desk was: They are under different management.
The front desk staffs are not very friendly. I asked for a second room card however the response was very cold and I would say rude, "No sir, we only provide 1 card for each room".
