Good hotel in center of city, but customer service is very poor. Inspite of multiple requests no one from hotel service came to check why wifi was not working in my room during 3 days of my stay. One of the hotel receptionist was full of attitude with no hospitality knowledge. When asked on why particular thing is not working, she was not even responding to questions, may be because they ask us to pay hotel stay charges in advance.
Looking at hotel cleanness and affordable charges I would want to visit again but before that Looking at customer service it would be difficult to visit again..
