Lokasi strategis, dekat LRT, Hotel Bersih
Saya dan keluarga menginap 2 malam di Hotel Beltif..kamarnya cukup besar dan kamarnya bersih. Hotelnya termasuk baru dan letaknya sangat strategis dekat dengan Times Square dan LRT. saya sangat puas telah memilih menginap di Hotel ini. ^^
Good enviroment, lousy service !!
Walk to times square is less than 10mins. Enviroment is good, room quite big. I request for the hair dryer when booking but hotel didnt' provide for us. Somemore, towel inside the bathroom have ant around, safety box don't have the key. Hotel service not so good cause when we check in that time, I already double check with the receptionist our room have request for hair dryer and safety box. She told us inside the room have safety box. But , when we go in the room , all our request their never achieve and we double check with the housekeeping attendant, he said the safety box have to get the key from the reception. Wifi cannot connect and phone didn't indicate what no should call to reception or room service. Even thought is a 3 star hotel but also have to provide the good service to customer.We feel like the hotel fooling us and we won't visit this hotel anymore.
awesome hotel to stay
The hotel is near to berjaya time square,chinese food restaurant, & 7 eleven. When u're hungry at night or midnight, u can go to chinese food restaurant near there (about 3-4 houses before the hotel).then if u forget to bring an important supply like toothpaste, toothbrush, or medicines, u can go to 7 eleven. The room is very comfort, clean, and great. The services are very excelent. Very recommended for family, group or couple to stay at malaysia. The hotel also near monorail (infront of berjaya times square).. over all the hotel is very awesome!!! I'll stay at beltif hotel again..
Clean and new
Very clean and new hotel. Lobby is very nice. A lot of nice food along the street. Near to Berjaya times square. Just that the short cut road from Berjaya times square to hotel having construction. Generally its a good stay.
