Excellent location. Housekeeping staff needs a little bit of Customer service training skills. Above all, it was good hotel stay!
Kids Club at level 10 is great, kids enjoyed it. very personalised service from the Residence Lounge Breakfast on level 10. It seems that the staff are very caring, are interested to us as customers, especially Shasha and Residence Lounge Manager Izrin. Thanks for your kindness and friendliness.
comfortable and luxury
Recommended serviced apartment in KL, because it place nears from bukit bintang.
Great location
On our recent 3 day stopover at KL we chose to stay at the Prince's 1 bedroom apartment. Spacious apartment in a great location to shopping facilities. Furnishings a little tired and grout in shower was black from inground mould. Could do with a freshen up considering it is rated a 5 star hotel. Great pool area, foyer, customer service, free wifi in reception area and good breakfasts. We ordered room service at 12.30 in the morning and it was no problem. I would stay there again. There is a building going up either side of the hotel and I imagine in time it will be a little noisy but they are only just starting now.
