Happy to stay here
The place is good & clean, the surrounding outside is not the best, but we get developed eventually.
Good Hotel, Great Location.
we were lucky to be upgraded to an executive suite, very roomy, newspaper every morning.
Great selection at breakfast.
All staff were friendly and helpfull.
One thing I did not like was there was no power point for the hair dryer in the bathroom, had to dry hair where one boils the jug for tea and coffee. Outlet for shaver only in bathroom..
But if thats all we have to complain about, things are pretty good.

Overall a good hotel
It's a pretty new hotel. Hotel staff is very polite and friendly. stayed for 2 nights and got upgraded to suit. The room is nice and cozy. Location wise, from shortcut only about 3 mins walk to Time Square but the hotel facilities and the cleaness not maintain very well. Overall a good hotel in KL, will come back again.

great stay, lovely room - we had view to the Petronas towers - great breakfast served by the pool. Highly recommended!
We booked three deluxe rooms for our stay. When we checked in, the reception told us that two rooms are twin bedded and one room was upgraded to a premium deluxe which would be a double bed. When we went up to the premium deluxe room, it was a twin bedded. We called the reception to ask. They told us that housekeeping can move the twin beds together. So eventually we got housekeeping to join all the twin beds together to become a double which worked best for us.
Location of the hotel was great! Just a stone's throw away from Berjaya Times Sq, maybe 3 minutes by foot. It's near the Kenaga Wholesale Centre, about 5 to 10 minutes drive away. Rooms were clean. The premium deluxe room comes with a living room area with tv. Great for families and friends. Breakfast was buffet style and is average. Not complaining with the choices available.

My Stay at Furama
The customer Service was not very good. I request for a connecting room or at least at the same level. But the reception were not able to give me what i request for. If she did made an effort i accept, but she never bother to check for me and she assume that there's no room at the same level for me. And her attitude is very bad.

Great new rooms and are pretty well furnished.
Good experience - great pricing and location is pretty fine. Staffs are friendly and all are willing to help.
Bad experience - stains on bathrobe and bedsheet. There's also poor hot water pressure.
