the crowne plaza hotel kuching is the best hotel to stay in as the staffs are friendly and helpfull. the room has a wonderfull view specially the front desk person gave us the corner deluxe room with a fantastic view of the kuching town and the riverside. facilities are good,except to improvise on the breakfast with better taste. other than that everything was a wonderfull experiance staying at the hotel and i would absolutely come back again.
I arrived the Crowne Plaza Riverside late...
I arrived the Crowne Plaza Riverside late at night and was told the room is not ready. However, I was offered complementary drinks voucher while I waited for 45 minutes to check-in. For my patience, the hotel gave me an upgraded corner room on the 11th floor and the view of the river was fantastic. Also, I was allowed a late check-out (by 4 pm) after 2 nights of comfortable and enjoyable stay.
However, the buffet breakfast was a disappointment. The choices are plentiful but the food is not as tasty as expected.

Having stayed at the Crowne Plaza six times over the past 3 years and returning for the seventh stay ,I can only give the highest praise to the staff & management for the friendliness of all,the cleanliness,security and safty
