Booked for two nights and spent about ten days here overall. Amazing 5* value for money when booked through Asiarooms! Superb location right on the waterfront. Largest variety of buffet breakfast items that we have ever seen. Spacious, big windowed, well appointed and equipped no smoking room with great views over the Sarawak River. Helpful smiling staff. Very highly recommended.

What can i say, great location, great service and friendly staff and great facilities. If you do stay here, make sure you get the riverfront view. Spectacular view. The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, we would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We Found the Hotel very lovely and the service was good with only one exception.The exception was the reception area. If you wanted to make any changes to your bookings the reception was not very helpful.the day we arrived my husband went to recpetion that night and asked if he could organise some flowers to be delivered to our room the next day as it was my birthday all he got told was no it was too late he was disappointed. On arrival we enquired about upgrading our room but they could not work out the new charges.Plus we decided to cut our holiday short one day so we could have a day in KL we asked the recetion if they could book us into crown plaza KL which is part of there hotel group but we got told they can not do that as we have to ring the booking line number ourself so therefore we stayed at another hotel in KL.Otherwise we had a good holiday i recommend the crowne plaza if u r not the sort of person that does not make changes to your booking.

What a great place. If you visit Kuching I would say choose here to stay. The staff were very helpful and remembered us every morning when we went for breakfast. Great room, with a great view of the river. 7-11 across the road to grab anything you need, plus everything in walking distance. Room very clean, and checked twice a day.
