The service from the friendly hotel staff, rIght through from initial booking, to being dropped off at the airport was excellent. Some parts of the hotel were in need of a little refurbishment and the odd glitch to be sorted like a dodgy bathroom light switch, but for me things like that are outweighed by the attitude of the staff and their willingness to ensure that the guests are looked after, coupled with a general pleasant atmosphere. At the Lime Tree, all my requests were met with a smile and eagerness to please. I enjoyed my stay enormously.
Clean & moden hotel with free access to internet. Small room but comfortable bed with good smell of lime.... Good breakfast with delicious Sarawak Laksa & yummy desserts.
the shower gel smell great lime! great bed, good non smoking policy, great b'fast, friendly receptionist Mr. Teo & Ms. Chew to guide on shuttle bus service to semenggoh orang utan center, the welcome drink- lime juice soda is a bit small glass, many guest redeem, i think all dont drink enough, overall high rating!
Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. For example, we required seeing a doctor at some stage one night, and that was arranged for extremely fast.
Breakfast was complimentary and far beyond standard: laksa, fresh fruits and fresh juice fruits everyday, sweet local pastries that changed everyday, etc. The rooftop bar was also quite nice for drinks. The room was very clean. All this for a moderate price.
We stayed for 5 nights in an executive room.
This was larger with plenty of space, plus
a room safe and fridge. The room was modern
and clean. We were very comfortable and glad
that we chose a larger room. It was worth the
extra money. We could not have stayed in a small
room for 5 nights. The breakfast was excellent.
Tasty food in pleasant surroundings. Clean and well-
presented. Location good. 5 minutes or so walk
to the riverfront.
Pros
It was 4 nights of pleasant stay at limetree hotel.
Clean and comfy. Good staff and customer service
Cons
it just that room was too small
Room Card given only 1
Breakfast almost the same everyday
Others than that it was awsome!
We had an executive suite and were asked on our arrival if we would like to swap to a smaller room as someone had been demanding a larger room. If we had known how small the other room was we might have thought twice. It was clean and well kept but minimal hanging space and no drawers so we had to live out of our suitcases. Apart from this the hotel was clean friendly and had a lovely bar on the top floor with very good views.

Centrally located and clean, very small, cramped room and bathroom. Most expensive hotel we stayed in for the least value. Receptionist on duty was very unfriendly, made us feel unwelcome. Other staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. 5th floor garden bar/dining was most redeeming feature, good views of kuching.
service was mixed, room was not the 1 booked ie had no windows and was smaller than stated, issue was remedied told due to reservation problem, night receptionist rether aloof but day staff very helpful.
Buffet beakfast very good but need to be early to get the full variety of options later on ie 9:30 items not topped up.
