Room clean up
I was surprised when the chamber maid knocked on my door at 9 am to clean up the room. Isn't that normally done in the afternoon?

Nice and clean hotel
The hotel clean overall. Staff are friendly towards customers. It has a nice view of the City and river.
Enjoyable stay
Even there is nothing much to do in Kuching, my friends say they don't mind coming back just to stay in Pullman! The luxury of sleeping in till afternoon and still have your late breakfast served.

Big room & comfortable bed. Enjoy the stay with the nice view. Great breakfast with variety of choice, delicious Sarawak Laksa..
Good but with room for improvements
Arrived in late morning and checking in was a breeze. Saw the room and was very impressed. One of the best room I have had given the price (if you just stick to the room). The location of the hotel is also quite good. However, there are some chinks in the armor. a) Room wired internet used is for an hour only. This fact was not published. I used up my quota without realizing it. I would certainly take the 24 hours internet charges into consideration. b) I went with another family member who booked online via another agent. His breakfast is included and I did not realize mine is not included. When we went for the hotel's breakfast the next morning. I gave the room number and was allowed in. Only halfway through my breakfast that I was told that my accommodation do not come with breakfast. Checked with my relative and his rates was actually lower than mine. In the end I had to pay for our breakfasts as well. I could have easily stayed at the Hilton for the final price I paid.
