Nice & Clean
Very near airport,its take only 10 mins can reach the hotel. Nearby got alot of shoplot and at night alot of food stall. Hotel staff very freindly and helpful.

Among a few days,not bad....its just the breakfast not very good...but overall still consider great

It's was a family trip, me and my mom 2 people stay at this hotel standard room for 1 night. The 1st impression is very bright and clean, and also big room for 2 of us. I love the toilet. The only small problem was we didn't know how to on the main power of the room. They don't have clear instruction to us to put the key card into the "sensor" beside door. It's take me 10 minute to firgue it out. Otherwise, hotel is near the airport, and they have shuttle van pickup from hotel-airport-hotel. It's also near shop-lots, you can easly find local food stall nearby. If you want to go city or other place, i advise you better take a taxi.

far away from the city but near airport. Free airport transfer available. Only 2 city transfers per day(11am and 4pm) so the best way is to take a taxi to the city. The taxi system is very terrible and charge a lot all over the Malysia, smaller city, even worse. the hotel and nice and room is big.
It is not a smart choice for traveller but good for businessman. there are options for food just around the hotel.

The Room was clean, but we found some items are not provide (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, etc.
Value for money
v close to the airport and reasonably placed from the city. good spacious neat rooms and bathrooms.
recommended for business travelers, leisure ones might look at something close to the waterfront.
