Front office staffs very helpful and friendly, rooms very spacious, location very easy to find (with help of GPS). I am very satisfied during my stay here. Thank you very much.
Service that you will not expect
Upon arrival I was told that my rooms were cancelled ! I was not told about this at all.
The hotel managed to find 4 rooms later. Rooms that got no windows! Rooms with funny smell! TV reception was poor. Nothing much to eat for breakfast. The worst part, hotel working staff do not bother if you are a guest as they will jump q while waiting for lift to the rooms especially those staff going to ground level. Will never return to this hotel anymore. Anyway it is a INN not hotel.
Out-of town hotel
The hotel location is quite far away from the major attractions. Taxi fare is exorbitant, RM20 for a trip to city center. Amenities like foot reflexology centers are lacking.
