Enjoyed our 4-night stay at reasonably-priced Abell Hotel..
Excellent location: Few minutes walk to Promenade, shopping centres & eateries
Excellent service: Staff very helpful and cheerful.

A pleasant stay at Abell
It's location is easily located and getting to the hotel from the airport is a breeze. The friendly and helpful staffs made the stay even more pleasant and they deserve thumbs up! The room is clean with a modern interior, the LCD television screens various cable channels including movies and TLC. there was a little problem with the handheld shower but the fixed rain shower does a fine job. The friendly housekeeping staffs kept the room clean everyday and were be more than happy to help.
The downside of my stay was that conversations made outside my room can be heard clearly and loudly, but you won't be staying in the hotel room all day long for that to pose as a problem.
Complimentary bottles of mineral water is replenished daily.
The hotel is located near shopping malls and a short walk to Chinatown and Waterfront. A mobile shop a few steps away to purchase a prepaid card, and a coffee shop along with a few other food stalls will assure you'll not go hungry there.

Abell Hotel, Strategics place
I was stay here for 2 nights. Superior room with 1 queen bed. Room are simple with fake corridor. Staff are very helpful and friendly. But unfortunately, it was very noisy early in the morning and other house guests keep slammed their room door when they going out from their room. It will disturb those guest who wanted to have their quiet and relax moments.
Not bad if you're travelling on a budget..it's a new hotel, therefore everything looked new and clean...
we stayed 5 nights here and found it to be very enjoyable. the staff are very helpful when needed.rooms are clean.
It was a pretty new hotel. Expectations were met, service staff were helpful, and rooms were clean. I hope the hotel will continue the good work, and ensure the good quality of maintenance over time. I will definitely stay there again on my regular trips to Kuching.
