Great position in Kuah
Less than 3 kms from the ferry, this is quite a good spot if you wanted to stay in Kuah town.
The hotel is quite small, & so friendly. We asked if we could have a room at the back & they were able to accommodate us in a corner room at the rear which was great. The staff were so obliging & nothing was ever a problem. Sharvin was the main guy in reception during the day & he was always there to answer questions or make enquiries or do any bookings we needed. The night manager was also very friendly & obliging. The room had a great shower, it actually worked well which cannot be said for many of the hotels we have visited recently, the bed was comfy & pillows great. Everything was nice & clean, plenty of storage as we were there for 5 nights, no wifi in the rooms but apparently that was being rectified just as we left so this would be a plus, although the wifi in the lobby was nice & fast & reliable.
Just a short walk to all the riverfront restaurants, a mini mart across the road, a major shopping mall about 1.5kms away & very easy to walk to all these places. There is a mosque opposite, however,only noisey a few minutes morning & evening. Beautiful gardens just along the road & you are able to swim from the edge of the lovely park which goes for almost a couple of kilometres.
