We were a grp of 5 freinds...
We were a grp of 5 freinds and had taken the deluxe room. The room was very spacious and had all that one would need when on holiday. The staff was very friendly, efficient and to the mark. The service was very good. The location was good, not a busy one though. There is a small market for road side shopping just next to the hotel. What i enjoyed the most was the spa, ALun Alun Spa..it was just the perfect thing that one wouild need..a good spa with all kinds of packages. Breakfast was bad, specially for vegeterians. We had to survive on bread and fruits. The hotel was very neat and clean, also the rooms. Overall was a good stay at an affordable price.i think it was truly worth it. Thank you

Excellent service and the location. Easy to go for shopping and can find lot of shop nearby. The hotel service excellent and value for the money you pay. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for staying.

We were happy with this hotel. The staff was very helpful with calling taxis and providing directions. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall we had a nice stay and would stay there again if we return.

Dining room service left a lot to...
Dining room service left a lot to be desired-had to ask for milk-pepper/salt-knives-very noisy. Room ok but towels etc should be white. General -- hotel does not cater for international guests. Definitely only 3 star--will look else where next time!

We stayed there with defective electronic safe and inspite of our repeated complain no one bothered to come and attend to it. The front end staff in general are courteous and helpful. I think the maintenance and house keeping need to improve further for real positive review.

This is a large fairly basic hotel, the finishes a bit tired and worn out. But hey, for the price... it cannot be faulted. The reception staff were eager to please and the rooms large enough to swing two cats. The front rooms have good views of the bay when the tide is in, and an extensive buffet breakfast is included. The City Bayview hotel was mostly used by locals with a sprinkle of foreigners. A tremendous deal for the independent traveller, but not a place for those looking for any luxury. What we saved on the hotel we splashed on top nosh in the island's top eateries.
