Great Staff, who deliveried Great Service. Best holiday we have had this year..Staff value their guests and really go the extra mile to look after them.. We will definately go back one day..
We had a very pleasant stay. The only fault would be the location of the hotel in relation to the shopping mall. Excellent location if you just want to fly in and enjoy the hotel facilities and fly out.
This hotel was really close to the airport, but away from the main beach/tourist area, but the swimming pool area and the private beach made up for it. You didn't have to go anywhere else to enjoy the beach. It was beautiful location, overlooking the mountains, you could see the cable car in the distance and also the suites on stilts, were very charming.

Service was good.
But there was some communication gap between the Asia Rooms and the Hotel. During booking I mentioned the Late Checkout, but it was not communicated to the hotel, but later they provide me a alternative small room.
