A good hotel, not 5 star, the staff were very good, always smiling and helpful in every way, except one breakfast waitress. The breakfast buffet needs to have some variation occationally but in all, ok.
We stayed in the sea village which was probably a mistake as the lagoon water is not clear, and the price difference is not justified between the hotel rooms and the village. The Spa, was overpriced for the service given, but we are used to Thai Spa's.
Pool good, and although too few beds, never had a problem getting one.
I think you would have to be pretty picky not to like the staff and resort.
