The hotel is far enough inland to feel rural but easily accessed and convenient for sight seeing. The nature of the Hotel (architecture/setting/layout) which lends itself to an almost romantic concept of kampung living in times gone by doesn't always sit well with contemporary attitudes and requirements resulting in its quaint tranquility being sacrificed in the pursuit of modern living; a contradiction that this hotel needs to address. Example; 1st it should be noted that the rooms are of fairly authentic kampung construction and are often one of 3 sharing the same platform; the division "walls" being little more than wooden partitions (with connecting doors) upon which flat screen t.v.s are mounted. The 1st night of a 3 night stay was ruined by our inconsiderate neighbours watching TV3 "soaps" on their t.v. until after 3:00 a.m. Whist the hotel cannot be held responsible for this kind of behaviour the management should at least take steps to remind their guests in their advertising and via wall mounted hi visibility signs in the rooms that they (the hotel) value the comfort and piece of all their guests and perhaps offer suggested times of noise reduction. Your staff are very friendly and helpful; your hotel represents good value for money and we know there's no accounting for customer's behaviour but please Kampung Tok Senik take note of the above.
You have to hire a car otherwise you are isolated. The park is nice too see but the rooms are not clean enough and really noisy. Helpful would be a better interieur.

New experience accommodation, simple and quiet, good for budget, room is clean, staff are friendly, the breakfast is fair, kinda far from the beach, aprox. 15 mins by car.
