Very well situated on the beach front.
Very nice personnel working here and well managed establishment.
I will surely stay here again on my next trip to Langkawi.

my stay in langkawi was v good the location was very good,unfortunatley the room wasnt clean lots of flies small spiders crowling everywhere which gave me swelling on my foot,it wasnt worth what we payed.
The bathroom was very smelly the flush always made a noise,
sorry to say but i wouldnt come there again

the resort and room need maintanence, the rooms were not clean with skermites. however the location was good with a quiet clean section of beach and acessible to the main kuah town and the underwater world. would not recommend this resort
The rooms are tired and dated. Whoever painted the hotel needs glasses as my dog could have done a better job. The breakfast sucked and was aimed solely at asians.
The Hotel is in a really good spot and has a great happy hour.
If someone bought this hotel and renovated it it would be fantastic. Current owners, whoever they are, have apparently no business plan or skills
We didn't have any problems with this hotel, as noted by others on this site, the pool is the best feature of the hotel. On the beach, but as true of most of the beaches on this island, water clarity is poor. Good strong hot shower. Breakfast first day not so good but second day much better, coffee not good. Seems hard to get good coffee on this island, I would suggest to bring your own as there is hot water pot in the room.
The staff were very helpful in finding excurssions and places to eat. The pool area was nice as well as being so close to the beach. The breakfast was good. No complaints at all....very pleasant stay. I recommend this place to my friends.
We were shocked to be given a room when it had not been tidy up by the chambermaid! No apologies from the receptionist when we went to request for a new room! I think it is time too for the rooms to be refurbished. It got a musky smell when we entered it. On the whole, the stay was comfortable, but much can be done by the management to improve its service.
