The swimming pool and beach are good....
The swimming pool and beach are good. But the service is just soso.
The last day, we enjoyed the swimming pool and beach. Before leave, we want to have a bath and change clothes. The staff of front office promised the shower has hot water in the groud floor toilet after check. So we checked out. But in fact not and they refused to open a room for our bath temporarily. So we have to bath with cold water.
Suggest the hotel provide the solution for the guests' need after check out.
