Worth for price
I have doubts at first, was worrying at the condition overally. However, that doubts swept away once i have opened the hotel room's door. Big, clean, and tidy. Worth for price. Location is good, exactly next to airport, with car, near the famous cenang beach, where you found everythings there- foods, beaches and leisure shop.
The only complain is the bedsheet contains a yellow mark which i'm not sure what's that. Overally, i will revisit again.

Very nice
Ideally located 2 minutes from the airport, we enjoyed our stay here. There was renovation work going on but that cannot be helped, better to see improvements being made than not is my opinion. Very nice swimming pool and bar area. Place was kept very clean and staff were very helpful.
My only complaint would be the lack of choices at breakfast time but the food we ate in the evenings were superb.

Our stay was great except that we were not being informed during the booking that the place were on renovation. It was a bit dissapointed at 1st but it has been overcome with the friendly environment received from the staff.
May we suggest to have Astro chanel installed in the room.

wonderful!
i stayed here for my business trip to langkawi and took the oppurtnity to take a break with my wife. It is a wonderful short break for us as the service is excellent, the room were great athough the view of our room were blocked by the MIEC' the room were great and the food too.
I surelly stay here again for my next visit either for busines or leisure

handy to airport
We picked this hotel because it was handy to th airport - you can literally walk there. It is however a taxi ride from anywhere else - though taxis are really cheap so no big deal and we decided to hire a car (also really cheap!) so we found it really handy to access all the different parts of the island (with the car). The rooms were a good size, breakfast was decent and the pool was nice - there was a bit of construction going on but this seemed to be a trend wherever we stayed! The rooms are well sound-proofed so we never heard the planes coming/going despite being 'at' the airport!

Always be my 1st choice for Langkawi
One Helang Hotel located near Langkawi Airport and a lot of attractions like Cenang Beach, Cable Car, Crocodile Farm and more. The hotel room is clean and spacious with complete amenities. I enjoyed the bathroom with a heavy shower and a bathtub which gives me a good relief after a tiring day. Luckily I got amazing swimming pool and also airport view. The swimming pool is awesome for me and I like the breakfast provided also. Overall is above average, friendly-staff, nice location and comfortable room.

Would certainly recommend to families as the room comes with 2 double beds and also a daybed (pangkin). Good value for money and good choice for people travelling in groups. Spacious, clean, quiet. Its located next to the airport and guests can jus walk up to the hotel. Not too far Kuah town and Pantai Cenang. I would definitely recommend ths place to everyone.

Breakfast choices was limited and repeat every 2 days, making it not attractive to those staying more than 2 night.

Great value, clean, big room!!!
Just two mins walk from the airport! "shiok" breakfast roti was good. good variety of food! gym is small pool closes at 8pm :(
