Not worth for Money
Though the staff @ the restaurant was friendly, the hotel was not clean, Air condition was not working properly & on top of that, the windows were sealed for "your own protection"
Would not recommend to a friend

Out of the 5 hotels that we stayed in our Malaysian trip, this hotel provided the best and most friendly customer service. All hotel employees greeted us with a smile every time we went past. We asked reception to make a call to our taxi driver, and the young female staff ( I think her name is Atiqah) promptly tried a few times and did not charge us anything. The other hotels always asked for 2 or 10 Ringgit for every local call! When our taxi driver failed to turn up, we asked Atiqah to arrange for another taxi. She arranged a tour guide to take us sight-seeing around Langkawi and dropping us off at the airport, all for the cost of 100 Ringgit for 4 hours.
Our room faces the bay, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is only 5 minute-walk to Kuah town where you can enjoy nice seafood dinner.

The room is spacious but maybe it's my luck, the cleanliness of room was terrible. It's like it's not being used for period. There are dust on the table, cobwebs on the floor. The towel is not white...
The breakfast is nothing fantastic.

A really nice hotel
This is a hotel with good location ( from hotel to jetty only take about 5 - 10 min only ) its really located at heart of the KUAH town. For traveller who want to shopping, its a good choice for you.
But for the traveller who travel here by plane, its too far for you, because its take about 20 - 30 min from hotel to airport.
The hotel staff are really friendly, esp the check in counter staff.
Only the breakfast need some improvement. less choice.
The hotel are quiet enough for those who want the quiet env...
The seaview from the hotel really fantasic.
I pay the total amount as stated inside the Asiaroom.com. No other extra charges.
I will stay at that hotel again during my next visit.

About this resort
1. Gd location. for family holiday
2. Around the resort there are many food stalls and also rented car shop.
3. If anyone of you going to this resort, look for Langkawi Travellers. It is located at your right hand conner, just outside this resort. Cheap and affortable price to island hopping and car renting.
