Poor Services
A)Front Desk and House Keeping service very poor. Must wait till 4pm for check-in B)Food and Beverage: Expired bread !!!C)Room: Hard bed don't have soft comforter.

Comfort Of Room
1) The floor of the room should ideally be carpeted as the existing bare floor gives an
uncomfortable feeling when walking on it.
2) Water from the shower cubicle somehow flows into the vanity top area causing the floor to be
very wet.
3) Bath towels,shampoo and soap should be replenished every day.
3) A minimum of 2 pairs of slippers should have been provided.
4) Door lockset was not funtioning properly for the 1st 2 nights of stay.
5) Mini fridge was not working.
Other than the above, the other areas are acceptable.

Great staff however...
Well, the hotel itself is very nice, bits seem a tad run down. The location is great, right in the middle of it all and has a night market one night a week. Services were great. The bad side of our stay was all insect related. When we checked in we opened our room and found cockroaches.. the staff however were great and relocated us straight away. the second room was very clean also and no bugs.... initially. When we woke up the next morning (on a very very stiff bed) ..we had company...of the ant legged variety. The whole room had a light spattering of ants. They were friendly little fellows, however ants all the same. My wife went for breakfast one morning to find a grand selection of currys....however the restaurant was also the location of another ant party. It sounds bad, but to be honest...it isn't really. Honestly, the staff were so good and friendly and really worked hard to deal with all of out problems, so much so that I will definitely stay again, likely next year.

Horrible experience
I find the room bed is not clean where some dirt can be found. The air-con was sometime cold and sometime not during the middle of the night. There is limited toilet amentities where no shower cap is provided and only bath towel is provided.
Room service is poor as we have asked for room tidy before went out. When we were back, the room is not tidy until we called the reception, than the room is being cleaned up in front of us. Bedsheet was not changed daily and floor room is not swept. We will not go back to this hotel again no doubt it is near to the shopping and dinning district.

This hotel is very new, has an...
This hotel is very new, has an excellent appearance, and reception area. the room was very large, with a blacony, and extremely clean. the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was basic, so i would recommend doing room only. the location is central to kuah town, but there is little to do or see here, and no beach nearby, so it is advisable to rent a car or motorcycle if you stay here and want to see the best bits of the island.
