Recent Stay at Fave
No problems at all with this hotel, despite prior negative reviews. Rooms were on the small side but trip was to see Langkawi, not spend time in hotel room. However, a fridge and kettle with coffee/tea would have been a nice amenity in the room.
Beds were comfortable and shower was separate from toilet.
Breakfast was fine but not very imaginative, creative or interesting but it filled the belly.
Evening drinks and or dessert by the pool was a very nice way to end the day.
The staff were always smiling and tried to be very helpful. The woman at the travel desk in the lobby was great.
A car is a must to see the island. Otherwise you are stuck in the Penang Centai area.
