The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Very convenient as it is in the heart of Melacca shopping area. Hotel service is not up to standard. I have stayed at cheaper hotels with better customer service. Room is so-so. Nothing too great. Not value for money.
The room was spacious. I am very happy that they provided me with the connecting rooms for my family. This hotel is very near to the attractions. We walked to almost all the places of attractions. This helped us to save on our transport fees. One bad thing was that the room was infested with ants. I placed my hot tea on the coffee table in the room and ants started to gather after 1 hour. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel.
location of the hotel is very centralize and very near to eatery and attractions; all within walking distance. rooms are pretty nice.. but was abit old. ask for the newly furnished ones with modern interior designs.
The staff at club floor was very helpful. We were tired & requested some snacks after the cocktail hour and Andrew was helpful & provided us with some snacks. He even recommended us where to have our late night dinner as well as direction to the cafe which we enjoyed very much. Hope they could always keep up the warm attitude.
