The Kitchen lamp is not working. One...
The Kitchen lamp is not working. One can see balls of dust in the nooks and corners at wardrobe and under the dressing table. The hand shower in the long bath was leaking due to the broken shower hose. The wall-mount cosmetic mirror (plain) was missing in the Master bath while the glass shelf is missing in the 2nd bath.

The walk way / corrido to the...
The walk way / corrido to the room is very narrow. The room size is ok...but did not get the room type that have requested for.....instead of 1 King size bed we will given 2 single bed. The flushing in the toilet is very bad....we have to flush 3 time to get rid of the waste.High time they do an upgrading of the hotel.

Ihad a very pleseant stay at the hotel. It's a great experience to stay in one of the best hotel in malacca. Keep it up the good work you guys. You guys are very courteous. Keep on smiling and approach the guests. Try to break the ice with the guest to make comfortable feeling like home.

The location is good, the place look...
The location is good, the place look nice but the rooms are not satisfactory. The shower curtain cannot be drawn properly cause the railling is spoiled. The water is not clean, got to let it run for a while, the drawer are spoiled, cups full of coffee stain, the bathroom full of flies, the bedsheet is stained, the toliet roll dispenser is spoiled.....etc etc....... for budget traveller, its shld be reasonable..........

This hotel has been granted four stars...
This hotel has been granted four stars because of the facilities and not because of the quality. I have stayed in better quality 3* hotels. The hotel is well designed with lots of open spaces and two swimming pools. It is located close to the historic sites (waliking distance to most) and accross the main (busy) road is a shopping centre with a few restaurants - adequate for the purpose. The hotel has a BBQ/Steamboat buffet dinner on Saturdays - it is excellent value for money. It seems to be very popular - book in advance. The rooms are of poor quality - the two bedroom unit we got had only the basic tea/coffee making facilities. It did not even have plates - we had to ask for them. The sheets were of questionable cleanliness. The following comment is a general one - has nothing to do with this hotel: Please protect your belongings when you are travelling - I lost an expensive camera and a significant amount of money while praying in a prayer room.

The hotel location is good except that...
The hotel location is good except that it is quite a problem crossing the expressway to the shopping complex, an overhead bridge would be good. The hotel is rather run-down, an upgrade is necessary.

Our stay ay your hotel was most...
Our stay ay your hotel was most pleasant. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the center and china town and a great mall. The facilities are excellent, very nice breakfast buffet with all you could wish for. The pools are really big. Our daughter had a splashing time. The apartment was big enough and clean and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it very much and even regret that we didn't book a couple of days more. So thank you very much. I like Century Mahkota very much since...
I like Century Mahkota very much since my first stay few year back. Now whenever i visit Malacca, will sure stay in this hotel. The room is clean n spacious, staffs are friendly n location is so convenient. I have recommend many friends to stay in this hotel and all very pleased and enjoy very much.

Nice but huge Hotel, staff could be...
Nice but huge Hotel, staff could be friendlier, especially at reception, they are OK in the restaurant, the requested double bed was not available and the bathroom was below standart for such a hotel.

Thanks Century Mahkota We really enjoyed our stay.  The hotel staff are really friendly and Malacca is such a great plce to visit.  The room facilities could be improved with direct dial internet access for guest seeking to work from their room. Regards Geoff Noblett
