Poor customer service with room amenities not working properly
My family & I stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment (room# 6015) and cleanliness wise, it was ok except for lots of ants crawling around the sink in the kitchen. Amenities wise, air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms was not working & we have to leave the door open to get the air-conditioning from the living area. Bathtub stopper not working so water took a long time to go away from the tub & toilet flush was very weak (need to flush few times). Room makeup not done properly as no towels & toiletries were provided. When we called for Housekeeping, a guy came and just passed all the items to us at doorstep & quickly run off? (poor customer service!) When we check in, counter staff did not bother to explain which way to proceed to the apartments & what does the room number mean (ie. block number, floor level, etc.) & when we asked, she gave us a look as if we are aliens from outer-space.
