The location is good. But the rest is really not worth to mention. The attitude of the service staff (at the reception counter) is poor and rude. They are not helpful. I have booked the hotel for 3 days 2 nights but is asked by them to check out by Day 2. After clarifying with the counter staff, no apology was mentioned by the staff. My friend's room is also flooded as the air con is leaking. More service emphasis should be done among staff. When asked one of the restaurant staff to take photo for us, she said with a straight face and no smile tthat she is currently on duty and cannot take picture for us. I have never received such a poor service from a hotel staff elsewhere. Atonishingly rude. Definitely not an enjoyable experience.
