This is a very new hotel which just opened late last year so it is no surprise that overall the hotel fared pretty well.
My booking was for 2 rooms with double beds as I had kids with me. When I checked in they gave me 2 rooms with single beds wihtout informing me. It was only when I asked that they told me they were out of rooms with double beds. But they were nice enough to give me a triple room instead which had a double bed and a single bed, which solved my problem of sleeping with my two kids since I could join the single and double bed together to form a super huge bed!
The triple room was quite big with a big bathroom. Bathroom only has a shower area that comes with a nice rain shower. So if you are a fan of bathtubs, this may not be for you. But i'm not too sure if other rooms might come with bathtubs. Toilet bowl had a ring in it and didn't seem like it was scrubbed properly. Other than that, everything else was fine. The bathroom had a special small glass partition with blinds where you could look out into the room.
Breakfast was pretty ordinary, none of the items really stood out as being very delicious. It was the usual hotel breakfast with cereals, hot items, pastries, food stations etc.
Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints about that. Location of the hotel was pretty good, very near Mahkota parade and A'Formasa. If you drive, there is complimentary parking in a covered carpark which was bright and airy which was great, unlike some hotel carparks which are dark and dingy.
Overall the experience was great and I would definitely go back there again. The room rate was very good too. Definitely value for money!
