good but small rooms, not suitable for family with toddler
the rooms is too small for family with toddler, but the food is good especially the bread...by the why what the weight scale in the rooms for? we're on holiday so we didn't take a diet :D
OK for one nite stay !
Overall they stay is ok. Nothing big deal over this hotel. Hotel is very near jonker street. Parking is very limited for this hotel. You can park at the open space car park but it is not safe and it is too dark.
Hotel room is so so ... bed sheet is not clean and have stains. Extra towels are chargeable and it is not free...
Bfast is simple and okla.. Just to fill the stomach gap before we go out and hunt for better food.
We booked family suite thro asiarooms but when we checked in we were told that no more family room available for us... Although they have given us the connecting room as replacement but I just feel that they should have blocked out the family room for us as priority as we have made the booking.
Filthy!
Don't stay here! Our room was filthy... doesn't look anything like the lovely photos. Even with a big discount it isn't worth staying here. Our room had a colony of ants and a gecko!

not too far from jonker street and from the stadhuy. Besides the walking makes it very intresting. the room is much better to the others i have stayed at.

The hotel looks reasonable from the exterior but the interior leaves much to be expected from the price.
We live on the third floor, the corridors to the rooms are rather damp and dark. The rooms are reasonably spacious, and the bath rooms are large as well. The linens were unfortunately, stained and the stains continued onto the mildew stained walls.
Service were personable but there were several some hiccups regarding the credit card deposit, nothing major though.
Location of the hotel was about 15mins walk to jonker street, a few interesting sights to explore around the property.

The location near from the Jonker Street and near from the heritage area in Malacca. Feel so comfortable with the room. Clean & tidy, nice breakfast and staff at the restaurant. The problem is only the receptionist (when I'm asking the area, they keep talking).
But most of all, this hotel recommended. Love to stay here. I reserve 3 rooms for 2 nights..

I bit far from city center (10 minutes walk). That's the reason I probably book the next time another hotel in the city center.

The hotel was clean and friendly. The attached cafe was convienient with helpful staff. The complimentary breakast was fine.
The hotel is very well situated in the historical part of Meleka very close to the main tourist street. There were plenty of good restaurants very close by.
