An average stay..could be better
As per the hotel's ad.. "Your preferred Boutique Hotel"... I don't think they are up to that standard yet...
The room is ok, but when breakfast was served...the tables are laid along the small drains and they actually open up the drains during the breakfast?!! Its disgusting and smelly!! The front office staff is not informative at all. But we should say that the bellhop is helpful.
Overall stay is good, but could have been better...

location & design
well, the room design was definitely nice and cozy but the hotel location was a little far from Dataran Pahlawan.
The breakfast is ordinary. The executive room that I stay is nice for a family of 4. The car park opposite the hotel does not feel safe when the car park at the front of hotel is full. Location is good as near to the mega mall.
Bathroom cleanliness.
Bathroom and shower a little bit of a let-down in terms of cleanliness and positioning of the
shower. Each time a bathe is taken, the whole place will be wet.

Stayed at this hotel for only one night with groups of friends. We had rented 2 family rooms but they had to be on different floor because there's only one family room on a floor. The room is impressive with nice decoration. Very clean and comfortable. The mattress is a bit too soft but it's still ok. Everything of this hotel is nice but not the breakfast. Very limited choice and not tasty.
Bad Experience
The bed is ok but the room itself was very small, like a storeroom and dirty, a sticky floor and the washroom was in bad shape. I have a friends who book cheaper than me but they receive a bigger room than mine. i have no idea how the hotel management handle this as both are deluxe room. This is truly disappointing.

Stayed there for 2 days (Sat & Sunday). Very clean and nice boutique hotel but a bit far from historical sites 15-20 min walk. upgraded my room type (i booked deluxe double room) which is with one extra single bed which i don't need...poor customer service, no hangers in the closet, telephone in the room is not working when i wanted to call for hangers...have to go down to recept and tell that...i've to wait and have to call again for hangers...wifi is free for first 2 hours and it's chargable there after which is not mentioned in website.
Though i hv booked for 2 days, found that my room was locked on the second day when i came back from outside and i have to go down to recept to re-activate the room-key...very inconvenient.
There are 2 staff at the recept only one is average competent and the other one seems do not know much about customer service...e.g., i asked how do i go to downtown from here and which is the common and most convenient way for visitors, etc...no answer / take taxi.
