Budget friendly!
The hostel is accessible to all tourist spots esp. Jonker street. You will see a lot of things in just few steps from the hostel. This means you dont have to pay extra penny for transportation going to and from the hostel. The room is good but the kitchen is not so clean though. But it doesnt matter for us because most of the time, we are outside the hostel busy roaming around malacca.
Definitely, its value for money. What u need exactly for your holidays s this kind of accommodation, not the so called 5 star hotels with complementary breakfast n etc. Being so near to all the historical sites n Jonker walk, it was nice to walk around, with the car parked in front of the guest house all the time with no hassle of looking around for the car park. 24 hour free coffee n tea serves the coffee addicts like me n I really enjoyed. Cool mornings n nights with the river at the back. Good Indian food nearby. And a lovely kitten for my children to play with.
Ok experience
Stayed for 1 night here over the weekend..
Overall it was an ok experience..the people were friendly and welcoming and helpful..
We were given a map that highlighted all the important places and famous food places when we checked in and it came in really useful the 2 days we were there!
the rooms and bathrooms were clean and the location was really convenient! Awesome view from the balcony upstairs too..
Only thing was the walls were really thin and we could always hear conversations that were going on outside..I guess they could probably hear what we were saying too..
other than that, it was generally an ok experience and definitely value for money!

Very good guesthouse
Good guesthouse. The owner is very kind. The room was very clean. I took a room without window and the lighting was a little bit too dark, so it's not really practical for reading. I was given the room just next to shared bathrooms, so I could easily hear people taking showers (which was not so disturbing unless you don't like to hear the flow of water or people singing). Shared bathrooms were very clean. Breakfeast is offered. Nice view on the Melaka river from behind. Really near to Jonker street and places to visit in Melaka.
A Perfect Getaway Place
The friendliness and kindness of host William and his staff has to be experienced by all travellers who want an idyllic getaway place on the riverside in Malacca. It is a wonderful little guesthouse where you are made to feel more like a family member or an old friend. We will be going back again in the very near future. Thank you from Warren and Catherine.

Clean & Cozy Room, the guesthouse is just newly opened.
Very friendly & helpful staff.
No attached bathroom but the shared one is clean & acceptable.
Free wifi within the guesthouse.
Nice location as just few minutes walk to the Jonker

It was a pleasant stay. Owner is help full and nice. Room are clean. Shared Bathroom are clean and well build (plus there are a lot), very well situated in Chinatown. Close to every place to visit.
