The staff are very helpful, however the bathroom was not very clean and the room generally was not very clean. They cleaned it after we complained. Good location with sea view. The person living next door played loud music at all hours - this is a common practice in Malaysia!
Not the place for leisure!
The pool and other facilities are a separate area outside the apartments. And there is an extra charge to use the pool.
No cups/hot water kettle in the apartment. No cable tv and no wifi!
Bathrooms are the dirtiest ever and only one bathroom with heater!

Clean rooms, all fully air conditioned. Near to shopping centres . Great for big families.
Give this place a miss
I booked a two-bedroom apartment in December 2011 for four nights. The master bedroom had two single beds with an attached bathroom. The other bedroom had a double bed but the bathroom was outside the room. Only two towels were provided. An old electric kettle was loaned but a deposit MYR50 was required. No cups or mugs were provided. How does the management expect the guests to drink the boiled water. Absolutely no cooking was permitted. The kitchen cabinet had fallen into disrepair. The kitchen sink was about to collapse into the floor. The refrigerator was the noisy I have ever encountered in my life. The old CRT TV had no remote control.
There are cheaper and newer hotels in the vicinty and offer better value for money. Give the Casa Lago a miss. It's just not worth the money you are paying.
