Enjoyable Stay
It was one of the enjoyable stay. One of my best and enjoyable stay so far this year an experince to remember. And the kids love the pool so much.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the...
We really enjoyed our stay here, the only disappointment was that the atlantis pool fun thing for the kids was cancelled and the kids club didnt seem to be operating. apart from that though everything was perfect and the spa treatment was heavenly!! we will definitely stay again

Many colleagues of mine in Brunei visited...
Many colleagues of mine in Brunei visited the Marriot and commented on how good it was. Miri is a small place with very little to do in the evenings but ther are several nearby attractions. Wih my wife being seven months pregenant we wanted a quiet and restful time which we clearly got. The room was spacious,clean,with a very nice view of the South China Sea. Having no alcohol in Brunei for six months the food and wine were excelent. The buffet was very comprehensive both at breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed our time near the pool and the staff were friendly and we recommend a twin room with Garden View. We intend to visit the Marriot in the future.

The resort is very attractive and the facilities and service were very good, with the staff being particularly friendly and attentive to our needs. However, the venue is marred by the very irregular and unpredictable electricity supply in the city. During our stay in December 2007, there were four power cuts within a 48-hour period. We expected better from a Marriott resort.

Yes, I enjoyed my stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the restaurant staff.I felt inconvineient when small things like battery was not available in the hotel.. There should be a shop to provide small small but necessary items for day to day use. Secondly, Choice of menu in the lunch and dinner is quite limited. Should cater for Asian( subcontent) tourist. Practically we had to take same menu(boring) for 2lunch and 2 dinner.

Absolutely amazing hotel; proper resort with lots...
Absolutely amazing hotel; proper resort with lots of things to do, so very good value for money. All food excellent (both asian and western available). Staff very helpful (apart from slight incident involving proper attire in the fitness centre/gym, even though we only wanted to play ping pong!!)
