On the whole this resort is good...
On the whole this resort is good for its location to the caves and its setting by the river enables gives a convenience to visit the clear water caves .
The staff are very friendly and efficient.
We were a group of seven and all vegetarian. When we checked in as usual we go up to the restaurant and ask if they will have vegetarian dishes in the buffet for dinner. We were told there isn't much and were told to pay extra for being vegetarian!! The most ridiculous and absurd thing i've ever heard. Having already paid £100 per night i expected the answer to be - we will orgainise something for your group.
Anyways all in all we had a pleasant stay and would recomment the tour guide at the hotel i think his name is Andy. He is very knowledgable and was eager to take my disabled cousin on her wheelchair all the way through the caves! Well done,
