Very poor
well what can I say we were told it was a hotel close to the airport and it happened to be over an hour from the airport. Then when we got there they tried to charge us an extra on the room charge. Then we tell them we have an early flight and need a taxi and they tell us it will be $90 aust. We then go to the room and 2 children & 2 adults were expected to sleep in 2 single beds. I will never go back to this hotel again..
Ms Shima - Excellence service
An excellent reception counter service, kudos to the staff by the name of Shima. She has provided excellence service to me when i checked in and checked out. She can even recalled my room number without me stating it.
The staff at the breakfast buffet were also friendly and courteous.

Need to improve customer service
Like other customer comments, slow check in.
Late evening, we ordered room service and it took them more than 25 minutes to realize that what we've ordered not available.
During breakfast, waited few minutes in from of cafe entrance but no one show us to the table (sign show wait to be seated). When we need to get our food, no bowl for porridge, no chef to attend at the egg station. When check out, they charge 15% tax but asiarooms mentioned all price is total included all taxes.

Hotel is well maintained and the rooms are clean. The spa hours (12noon-8pm)is rather short. Suggest open till 10pm.

Apart from a slow check-in we found this hotel excellent. A nice location, wonderful staff and value for money.
