Need to improve customer service
Like other customer comments, slow check in.
Late evening, we ordered room service and it took them more than 25 minutes to realize that what we've ordered not available.
During breakfast, waited few minutes in from of cafe entrance but no one show us to the table (sign show wait to be seated). When we need to get our food, no bowl for porridge, no chef to attend at the egg station. When check out, they charge 15% tax but asiarooms mentioned all price is total included all taxes.
