U r under staffed on public holidays, I needed to wait to b seated n wat's more agitating is it takes more than 20 mins for table to be cleared n clean, ur kitchen is way too slow to replenish buffet line, ur variety is limited
the room is seriously big with a king sized bed and comfy enough for the 4 us( 2 adults n 2 toddlers).love the food there....we were spoilt for choices and the beach is awesome....

Overall stay a very pleasant experience. Service staff at the restaurant outlet need to be more attentive to customers who are having the buffet as plates were not cleared and left piling and we even had to put them on the empty table next to us.
On another occassion when we wanted to order a la carte instead of the buffet we had to go and look for staff to give us the menu as nobody attended to us inspite of us sitting there for a few minutes.

Great place for families. Good food, value for money. Interesting activities like batik painting, kite flying and watching movies in the open with hawker style food were a hit with our kids. Service is good , and the concierge was very helpful with providing information. It will be good if the bathrooms were renovated as the bathtub got flooded easily when taking a shower. but overall we really enjoyed ourselves and would most definitely return to Swiss Garden,Kuantan.
