Everything is ok within my expectation...
We were in the hotel three nights during Chinese New Year.
Nice mountains view!
The hotel has a good location. View is very good as the mountains are just behind the hotel.
The hotel lobby was well decorated. The reception staffs were most hospitable.
The staffs in Coffee Shop were very professional and the service was excellent.
The room was without air-con but the fan was fully sufficient.
There are a lot of tourist attractions on a walking distance to the hotel and it was good advantage considering the heavy traffic during holidays.

Spacious with beautiful balcony view
We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment hotel on our way back to our home town about a week before Chinese New Year. Our experience with the hotel on the room vice is good and since we only put up for a night, there isn't much to talk about the service or other things. Perhaps the amenities in the apartment need to be upgraded a little to get rid of the old tv, rusty tap and sink as well as stained kitchen wall. Overall, our stay is pleasant and the pricing is very reasonable.
beautiful balcony & scenery
We stayed at a two rooms apartment with beautiful furnishing and the balcony was so nice with brass chairs and tables. The views were awesome and the temperature was cooling and comfortable, nice place to have tea at the balcony.
the hotel lobby was well decorated as it was christmas time. The reception staffs were most hospitable. We went to the karaoke despite old songs available and expensive too but we enjoyed it.
however it could have been better if the housekeeping is thorough & pay full attention to cleanliness, eg the bed in the master bedroom need spraying. There were mites hidden in the heavy drapes and linen causing itchiness all night long. The curtains were stained too.the kitchen windows need cleaning up as it was covered with dust. The sofas need spraying as it has changed color with stains and the flooring under the furnitures was dusty and need to be vaccum.
there were only 1 kettle , 4 cups, 4 saucers & 4 teaspoons for tea making facility - a very minimal facilities in the kitchen. It would be good to have a flask, a jug, some plates even though no cooking facilities were provided.
despite all this we love this place, the staffs and the apartment we have stayed in. We hope the development in cameron highland will not ruin the nice scenic views near our apartment. We hope the housekeeping will improve as there were many cleaners sitting outside our apartments waiting to clean up the rooms.

Equatorial Stay
ThThe weather was unexpected. Its very cold this time. Swimming pool was not heated. The water was cold just as the outside temperature.pity my grandchildren and the guest could not enjoy indoor swimming. No heater in the apartment. So the whole apartment was very very cold. My husband got several attack of cramps on both legs at night although we put on stockings. The balcony at the one room apartment was dirty and the garden chairs was filled with the lizards waste. We could not sit at the balcony to enjoy the nice view.
the restaurant(coffee house) buffet was not worth the money. Expected better quality of food served at a 5star hotel (ramadhan buffet)

Gd Services
Very good room services! We ran out of toilet paper, gave housekeeping a call, and voila! They came within 5 mins! Excellent!
