Nice location for a cooling weekend (from a climate-in-Singapore perspective). Very friendly staff.
Food at the hotel is excellent, however it tends to be rather pricy. Nice room with great view; hard mattress.
We'll be there again.

Spend 2 nights at the hotel. Though old, it was well maintained. We were also extremely impressed by the excellent service provided. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to please. Breakfast was ok. Price of drinks and food were high...but there is always the option of going to the nearby towns if you have your own transport.

One of the best hotels we have...
One of the best hotels we have stayed in,. The staff could not do enough for us, the rooms are excellent, very large and comfortable and furnished to a very high standard. The views of the mountains and tea plantations are stunning. A perfect place to stay.
A great hotel that was a pleasure...
A great hotel that was a pleasure to stay at. From the minute we arrived we were greeted as family and it was the beginning of a trip where we felt more like guests at a friend's house than hotel guests.
The room sizes were very large, the food good and the tranquil atmosphere (no TVs in rooms) meant that you couldn't help but have a totally relaxing trip.
The only slight downside was the noise from the road but that seemed to be the same for all hotels in the area.
Would definitely recommend staying there again.

Reservation via AsiaRoom was perfect.We heard a rumour that the hotel should not be in a good shape however we still kept our reservation upright after checking with AsiaRoom.We made the right decission.Think it is the best hotel one can stay when at CH, if one like to be a bit away from Tanah Rata and the mass tourism.
Very good accommodation, very good service, nice people and a beautifull spot.The only little minus was that the breakfast was too simple in comparison to the total immage of the hotel.

A fabulous hotel - the quality of the staff and the hotel were brilliant. We would of stayed longer if it had had a pool.
We ate in the restaurant which was also very good. This hotel is fabulous value for money.
