The room is spacious & clean. However, the towel provided has kind of strange smell, like towel not dry. It will be good, if the breakfast can provide some cheese.
2D2N family stay.
I picked heritage hotel because it was one of the cheapest and with better reviews compared to others. We got 2 superior room, the rooms were ordinary. It includes a balcony which wasn't well maintained. The plus point is that the room size is quite big. A family of 4 should b able. To stay in one room, just need an extra bed. Hotel is quite a long walk from the main road outside.. So it's recommended to have a car for convenience ..
It was a nice hotel. Not really 4 stars but the room was clean, water hot, staff friendly and sheets clean. The location was good if you are without a car bc you can quickly get to the town for food and hiking/excursions. Maybe a bit pricey but the convenience of the place make up for any money saved.
Disappointment
I decided to stay at Heritage Hotel because they are supposed to have facilities such as sauna and spa. I stayed at this hotel 2 yrs ago. The reason of staying at the hotel was the same.To my disappointment, when we reached the hotel, it was under renovation 2 yrs ago. 2 yrs later, it is still under renovation and the advertisement is still proudly advertising its invisible facilities. I will not recommend anyone to this hotel.i felt cheated.

Heritage Hotel is a very nice place to stay with their friendly service & green enviroment !
The quality & cleaniness of accomodation is excellent .
The offer rate is value for money too..
I will bac to this hotel if i visit Cameron Highlands the next time !

The hotel was not easy to reach and the road coming through a lots of villages ( lost time ). a lot of scale insects was found out side the room.
