The hotel looks very nice from the...
The hotel looks very nice from the outside but is really quite run down and old. Furniture, like the bed, should be replaced by newer ones. Our bed creaked each time we shifted positions and the bed was rather shaky. The buffet breakfast was lousy, not much selection and service was slow. We were told to take a sit at the lounge to wait for the table to be cleared and then the waitress totally forgot about us till we checked with her after 10 mins!

The reception was not aware which room...
The reception was not aware which room was ready to check-in. I was assigned an uncleaned room twice and an occupied room once when I checked in at 3.30pm. I only managed to checked-in at 4.45pm after the housekeeping staff showed me a cleaned room. By right, they should have more than sufficient time to reserve a cleaned room for my booking since the check-in time was suppose to be 2pm. On the other hand the manager Maria there did not come forward to assist though she was aware of the rooming system was having some problem. Breakfast was a problem too. Never enough seats for the whole resort guests. We wait more than 30 min before being served to a table. Really bad service!!!

The location was very nice on top...
The location was very nice on top of the hill and the surroundings as well. The room was unfortunately very damp and everything was quite old, would need some renovations. The food was disappointing, service in the restaurant was good, reception was slow.

Even though it was a short night...
Even though it was a short night stayed at the hotel(1 day and 1 night). But it's fulfilled our need of being together and alone on our 25th wedding anniversary. We made a country trip to the highlands vegetables farm,strawberry farm,flowers farm,the Cactus Valley and end up in the evening with a nice steamboat dinner. Our comments was on the varieties of food served at the hotel restaurant for breakfast. The hotel should change the menu daily. Anyway,me and my wife enjoy the stay at the Strawberry Park Hotel.

The location is easy to find if...
The location is easy to find if you drive up. The room was much larger than expected, note that there are no elevators for the 3-floor high hotel. There is no room service by design, so you either go to the various f&b facilities and pack some food for your stay-in-room members, or go enjoy the fresh Cameronian air and eat al fresco. A good stay for those who like to explore their surroundings.

2 bedded apartment was good. Restaurant overcrowded at breakfast. Food rather disappointing. Location good. Staff, at reception, unwelcoming. Other staff ok,not worthy of note.

We stayed in January 2009. Absouletely nothing...
We stayed in January 2009. Absouletely nothing to do and middle of nowhere. We stayed in one bedroom apartment and it was total dump. We had booked for two and got so bored in first night that we moved to Equatorial hotel for 2nd night. Much better value and lots of activity. It was way too overprized for off season. The hotel was totally empty during weekdays and we overpaid. Staff was totally boring. Lobby completely dark and depressing. Don't waste your money.
