We stayed about 4 days. Our Kids...
We stayed about 4 days. Our Kids enjoyed a lot! My husband liked this place very much. Sometime(afer 9PM) bit difficult to get taxi from Brinchang to Strawberry Park Resort Hotel. But its ok we can manage(people are very kind and helpful!) Overall good.

Overall it's a nice place to stay....
Overall it's a nice place to stay. It's just that it's a bit dated in terms of interiors. The bathrooms really need a facelift. Though the building we stayed was a wireless internet zone, we couldn't get any access. Only after making payment & after failing to connect that the staff told us our room is not in the range. However, the best part is the attitude of the F&B staff. Even though it was overly crowded at breakfast, they went about with their job with professionalism & could also seen smiling and attending to guests' whimps & fancies. Some of them were even working till late the night before. Kudos to them!

We had went for a stay over...
We had went for a stay over the weekends in begining of Nov 07. Overall, the stay was pretty well. However, there are some concerns to be addressed: 1. The water in the bathroom wasn't clean.. It's Yellowish. 2. There is some smell on the bedsheets. 3. My hubby got sudden loss of hair on the next day after having sleeping on the bed. This was the first time seeing him loss of hair and we had suspected that there are some BUGs going on the room. Some part of his skull was swollen and hadnot recovered since then. We start to get worried now.... No doubt it is a nice place to stay, I don't think that we will be staying anymore in future.

Location is ok, rooms are big, bathroom...
Location is ok, rooms are big, bathroom is big with separate bath tub & shower. However, water was dirty (muddy color). staff said it happened due to rain, which sounds funny. They have only one resturant, and some of the item listed on menu may not be available.

Unpleasant bothroom. Breakfast very small staff spoke very poor english If you are going to visit Taman negara national park, it will be better to stay at the resort inside the park

We were pleasently surprised by the beauty...
We were pleasently surprised by the beauty and elegance of the Strawberry Park Hotel. Lovely rooms, beautiful location and a great stay. However it was a little far too most things, but I think this is the case in the Cameron Higlands, so you either need to rent a car or use a taxi which we found very acceptable. Overall a very positive experience and we wish we had more time there.

The room size was quite alright since...
The room size was quite alright since we stayed in a one room apartment. However, we were given stained and very dirty, old looking mattress with no cover. When I called for a bedsheet so that we could at least cover the mattress, we were told to pay RM35 just for a bedsheet!! Ridiculous!!! In a 5-star hotel we could ask to borrow an iron and the board or sometimes its provided, but here were told to send it to the Laundry dept. And we will be charged for it!! Not a very good place to stay!
