I'd been allocated a corner room 638. The room is great, it's spacious and adequately furnished. However, the tap is totally unusable as it leaks whenever you turn it off. I've informed the staff about the situation but they were unable to solve the problem. The analysis here is that the leaking is not at the drainage pipe, but where the water pipe connects to the tap. It'll only leak after the tap is just turned off, not when it is still on.
The above problem is further accentuated by the poor levelling work on the bathroom floor, so that any water leaked will pool at the floor between the basin and bathtub instead of draining away via the drainage hole at a corner.
The end result is that there is a permanently large pool of water on the bathroom floor, and we had to result to washing our hands at the bathtub so as not to aggravate the situation.
Besides this, the resort is overall a pleasant experience. The flowers around the balconies and other areas of the resort do look like they need more gardening though.
